How This Is Going To Work

THE RECALIBRATION PROCESS

MONTH ONE:

Time for us to do a full audit and deep-dive in to your business. You'll give me the low-down on your business in our first 90-minute call, I'll look at what's working, what's not, and where your biggest opportunities are. Once we have clarity on your current situation, on our next 60-minute calll we'll look at mapping a vision for where you want to go next. Then using my intuitive approach we'll create a personalized action plan on that call to identify how we will bridge the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be.

MONTH TWO:

Together we build the winning strategy that is going to get you to closer to where you want to be. Focusing on easy digestible actions you can take in the short, medium, and long term. To make sure it doesn't feel overwhelming we plan everything around your current energy & avaialability. In our calls we build strategy. Outside the calls you implement with me on hand to support, provide accountability and check work on demand via Slack. You'll have a notion project management board for reference and we'll check in weekly to track progress.

MONTH THREE:

By now progress is being made, you're starting to see small shifts in your business. We will review your results so far and make tweaks to ensure your new strategy is aligned as you continue to take action and build momentum. In our final 90-minute call we will plan for what comes next so you continue taking action, and seeing results even after our time recalibrating your strategy together comes to an end. (You'll have the option to extend your calls and/or accountability check ins if you feel like you need ongoing support after the 90-days.)

After working together for 90-days you no longer feel overwhelmed or fed up of your business. You know what is working and what’s not and you have an action plan to follow that keeps your business in alignment with your goals. How quickly would I see results?

You’ll start to see how the strategy will work straight after our second call. 

By the end of the 90 days you’ll notice small-medium sized changes from the actions you have taken.

Assuming you maintain the momentum and keep consistently taking the actions we set out together, you’ll see bigger change and results within the following 3 months.

We’ll set you some KPI’s so you can measure the progress easily.

I will be as hands-on as you want me to be.

We have 7 hours of 1:1 call time together across the month. In that time, I’m all yours.

In between you’ll have access to direct message me on Slack and email and get my response within 48 hours (Monday – Thursday).

Every week I will check in with you to ask for an update and hold you accountable to take the actions we set.

You’ll have the opportunity to share any work you’ve done with me for feedback weekly.

In our call time I will build the strategy with you.

Following the call I update your project management board so you have a record of everything we discussed to look back on and reference at any time.

Within the 90- days following I will be on hand to support you with feedback, changes and questions.

I will not be doing any of the physical implementation or changes in your business, this will require yourself or your team to take the actions we set in our sessions.

Without the action part – your new strategy will not work, so having time or resource available for the implementation on your side is very important.

If your online business is still an idea and not yet live – I wouldn’t recommend the strategy recalibration for you. Instead I would suggest enrolling in Foundations and upgrading to a 1:1 VIP package at checkout for the best results.

If you have already started your online business, but it’s early days (about to launch, or has recently launched) – yes this session can work well for you as it would help you take more strategic actions for your next phase of business which will be selling.

This offer works best for existing online business founders who have been running up against challenges, feeling demotivated, or misaligned for a while, and know they need to make changes to gain new momentum.
