Founder of Giarite Georgia came to me wanting to launch a new wholesale channel for her business. She was having great success with DTC and a few high profile enquiries about wholesale, but she had no team or resource to support with selling and onboarding new stockists.
I started working with her in her business in November 2022 and built her entire wholesale strategy, set up lookbooks, linesheets, pricing and began selling to and onboarding new retailers.
In the first 10 months of the wholesale channel being set up we generated £178k in wholesale revenue from 13 accounts, getting the brand stocked in leading global retailers including Harvey Nichols, De Bijenkorf, La Samaritaine, DFS Macau, DFS Venice, Fenwicks, HURR (pictured in Selfridges) across EMEIA & APAC markets.

Carlene approached me in June 2020 with the idea for launching a multi-brand childrenswear e-commerce store. She wanted to launch in August 2020, giving us just 8 weeks to come up with a buy strategy, pitch to retailers and get stock in to sell.
I support Carlene with her sales pitch, as being a new business this was super important to get right as her brand was unknown. We also mapped out her budget to make sure we were going to spend her money for stock in the best way, and put together a strategy for pitching to the right brands.
Usually this process would have taken more than 6 months, but given my past experience with buying and contacts within the industry we managed to onboard 15 high profile brands in time for launch including Juicy Couture, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss and more.
