I'm Sophie

An online business mentor/educator, 2x podcast host, e-commerce founder, mental health advocate & full time digital nomad – I’m on a mission to help more aspiring entrepreneurs build businesses that provide the freedom to live life on their own terms.

I spent 13 years working for the worlds biggest fashion brands including Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Diesel and Kate Spade, but I wasn’t happy and I hated that a company controlled and consumed all my time. When I started waking up daily riddled with anxiety – I knew it was time to break free from the conventional 9-to-5 lifestyle to chase my dream of freedom by earning money while traveling the world.

In 2020, I started my e-commerce & retail consultancy and have since launched online courses, digital products, and an e-commerce mental health marketplace – all while living and working from places like Bali, Thailand, Costa Rica, and Spain.

I’m a huge advocate for living a life that feels authentically aligned, life’s too short to not enjoy what you do and how you live. Based on my own lived experiences and work in industry I guide entrepreneurs through the process of starting their own online businesses, so they can also gain more freedom to live a life they love.
